Finger Lakes
Founded in 1979, Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard is a pioneer of viticulture and winemaking in the Finger Lakes. The estate spans 90-acres of prime vineyard sites on the western slopes of Seneca Lake and the wines are among the most acclaimed in the region. Estate fruit is
hand-harvested and hand-sorted, and vineyard qualities are worked in small lots and then blended to create wines of balance and texture.
Fermentations rely on indigenous yeasts to ensure each wine embodies the truest expression of site. Our commitment to place draws on forward-thinking techniques and respect for the past.

TASTING NOTE
Riemer Block Riesling was harvested from our oldest estate vineyards for complexity and minimality. An off-dry vintage, this Riesling greets you with gentle white peach on the nose and finishes with lime and notes of wet stone expressive of the band of shale that runs beneath the vineyard.

Finger Lakes
Fox Run Vineyards is family-owned, and has been making estate wines since 1989.
We are extremely proud of this zesty aromatic dry Riesling. It is a classic example of the style of wine that has made the Finger Lakes world famous. Grapes were picked in the early morning to ensure that they arrived at the winery at a low temperature.
The fruit was gently crushed and pressed. Fermentation was conducted at moderate temperatures using three different yeast strains. The wines were chilled just before reaching dryness to leave a small amount of residual sugar in the wine.

Finger Lakes
Fox Run Vineyards is family-owned, and has been making estate wines since 1989.
This relatively new grape shows aromas of fresh fruit salad, along with exotic tropical fruit notes. We recommend serving this wine lightly chilled as an aperitif.
GROWING CONDITIONS: The 2017 growing season will go down in memory as another classic nail-biter. Spring brought abundantly warm, soupy weather, making vineyard work a bit of a challenge. Rain continued through the summer, giving way to very happy grapevines. Finally, in mid-August the rain clouds shuffled off and the sun started to shine on a daily basis. Grapes rocketed to full ripeness right on schedule, with the result being a large crop of very flavorful fruit. VINEYARD SITES: Simmons Vineyards on Bluff Point, Keuka Lake, Est. 1998, Vines are non-grafted, own rooted which they believe create better flavors based on their elevation and the lack of soil nutrients.
VINIFICATION
Grapes were picked in the early morning and transported to our crush pad. The fruit was crushed and pressed, settled, racked and inoculated with our favorite yeast strain. Fermentation lasted two weeks, and the wine was left with a small amount of residual sweetness.

As a certified sustainable winery, we prioritize the environment with our minimal intervention approach and sustainable farming practices, ensuring the purest expression of the grapes and the vitality of our vineyards and earth.
TASTING NOTE
Estate grown Riesling from our Skiff block was picked in early October and allowed to ferment with ambient yeast in our Concrete Diamond. The natural thermo-regulation of the concrete kept the fermentation cool, slow and steady, allowing complex flavors to develop. The fermentation was stopped with ample residual sugar to balance the firm acidity, in the style of a German Kabinett. Elegant but voluptuous, this semi-sweet Riesling coats the palate with delicate notes of lemon curd, green apple and white peach.

TASTING NOTE
This is a 50/50 blend of de-stemmed Estate Pinot Noir and Gewürtztraminer, layered together at harvest to co-ferment spontaneously in our 2000L Concrete Diamond. The must was pumped over daily, fermented dry and then pressed and returned to concrete.
A light-bodied, chillable red wine that drinks like a structured, robust rosè. The nose is bursting with sweet and spiced aromas of potpourri, lychee and cranberry, while the palate boasts pomegranate, white tea and river rock with delicate tannins.
PAIRING DESCRIPTION
Grilled pork tenderloin with a cranberry-chili relish or Thai-style grilled shrimp with a ginger-lime marinade.

TASTING NOTE
The components of this white blend were pressed and fermented separately at cool temperatures in stainless steel to retain the volatile aromas. Later, they were carefully blended to display the best of each. The resulting wine combines a well balanced acidity and fruity flavors that round the palate and give a refreshing finish.

VINEYARD INFORMATION
Various vineyards throughout the Lake Erie AVA, Prevailing winds are west to east across the deep waters of Lake Erie. The lake provides cool nights for acidity retention as well as mitigating extreme heat and cold.
VINFICATION
Chambourcin grapes picked at the desired color and gently pressed, juice cold settled and clear juice racked to ferment. No oak used.
TASTING NOTE
Gently pressed Chambourcin grapes give this wine a hint of color, delicate berry flavors and crisp acidity. Aged in stainless steel tanks. A touch of sweetness and delicate fruit flavors finishes the wine.

Founded in 2023 by winemaking couple Kelby James Russell and Julia Rose Hoyle, Apollo’s Praise is a winery committed to expressing the world class, and artistic, nature of Finger Lakes wines.
VINEYARD INFORMATION
A true “Lahoma Vineyard” wine, this wine hails from our three favorite hills for Dry Riesling on the farm. Primarily based around a unique east-west planting known as 'The Long Rows', the row orientation of this block results in better air drainage straight down the slope and a brighter fruit character later into harvest. The following day small harvests from the Pentecostal Block and The Knoll were also included for palate weight and depth.
VINIFICATION
Three to five days cold soaking on the crushed skins prior to being pressed off, for the purpose of expressing every bit of ripeness and texture in the full grape berry. The juice was fermented in a mix of neutral barriques and small tanks, using both wild yeast and Epernay II, as a way to bring multiple structural layers into the wine. Fermentations were smooth and lasted two to three months on average, after which the wine was allowed to rest on the lees until February 2025. The wine was then racked off lees, pad filtered and bottled.
TASTING NOTE
Dry Riesling is our flagship wine, and the main demonstration of what Lahoma Vineyard is capable of. An opulent style thanks to the Sandstone that underlays our site and the ripeness the Riesling is able to achieve, we work in the cellar to complement this richness with a backbone from cold soaking and slow fermentation. This is what Riesling is all about: enjoyable straight away, but imminently age-worthy.

VINEYARD INFORMATION
Hailing from The Knoll at Lahoma Vineyards, the pedigree of this fruit is to come off the small sandstone hill that we consider our best terroir. Much like the other wines from The Knoll, there is a density and weight to this wine that is unmistakable. Curiously, the Chardonnay is grown in an 'old fashioned' training system known as Umbrella, rather than more modern alternatives such as VSP (Vertical Shoot Positioning). Long considered a lazier style of growing, as the vines are much messier looking, with Chardonnay we've gone back to our roots. Umbrella training may result in more shading- although that is key for helping retain acidity now! - but it also results in looser clusters that are less disease prone.
VINIFICATION
After careful fruit thinning, the grapes were harvested and then crushed to cold soak overnight on the skins. Pressed off the following morning, the juice was clarified by floating and sent to three French Oak large format puncheons to ferment with a mixture of wild yeast and a Swiss selection called W15. Following smooth fermentations, the puncheons were lees stirred regularly for 10 months to support the midpalate weight of the wine. The following August the wine was racked out of barrel, blended, pad filtered, and bottled.
TASTING NOTE
A Chardonnay for (wine) lovers! Elegant yet rich, this Chardonnay is why we think this grape is a wonderful part of the regional tableau. Flavor ripeness can be attained and built with lees in large format French Oak puncheons without losing the refreshing aspect of the wine. We're not sure what style this would be in the larger, very territorial, Chardonnay world - but we know we can make it beautifully every year. Call it Finger Lakes style.

Our hand selected clones of this ancient noble grape are producing stunning wines. Aged in older French oak barrels to preserve its elegance and finesse, this wine was fermented with indigenous yeasts using our sustainably farmed estate grapes. The 2021 vintage provided exceptional growing conditions. James Molesworth of the Wine Spectator said “Richard Olsen-Harbich's experience shows in the Bedell Cabernet Franc, which offers a pure beam of red currant and bitter cherry fruit laced with subtle minerality and carried by moderate but persistent grip.”

Finger Lakes

VINEYARD INFORMATION
Riesling blocks on our Keuka vineyard were planted in 1958, 1962, 1968, 1976, 1999, 2006, and 2012 with various clones (88, 90, 11, 318, 239, 49, 110, 38). Soils here are shallow, shale-based which add minerality, acidity, and elegance. Riesling was planted in 2007, 2008, 2010, and 2012 on our Seneca estate vineyard with 90 and 356 clones.
Temperatures here are a few degrees warmer than Keuka thus providing riper fruit notes. Soils on Seneca are characterized by deep honeoye silt loam. A small portion of the grapes come from Eric Volz Vineyard, just north across the road from Dr. Konstantin Frank's plantings on Keuka Lake. Riesling was planted in 1985.

TASTING NOTE
Ripe and tropical, harmonizing fresh lime juice, fresh citrus and petrol stoniness from the Keuka vineyards with cantaloupe and tangerine from the Seneca vineyards. Behind the zingy freshness are a rich body and a discreet creaminess which form a well-balanced union ideal for long-term aging.
PAIRING DESCRIPTION
This rich Dry Riesling with elevated acidity pairs best with soft goat cheeses, simply prepared chicken or pork dishes sauteed or grilled, lightly prepared white fishes, salmon, or scallops, greens salads, and sushi.

TASTING NOTE
Planted in 1976, our HJW Vineyard features Hermann’s original plantings on Seneca Lake. Mature vines, combined with the site’s shallow topsoil and shale bedrock, produce lower yields, resulting
in expressively vibrant flavors. Higher elevation and a greater distance from Seneca Lake contribute to a cooler growing season, resulting in a leaner, more austere wine with intense flavor and an excellent aging potential. These core characteristics of the HJW vineyard are expressed in this exclusive vineyard-specific wine. Invigorating crispness and an appealing balance of flavors combine with an unprecedented minerality, which carries into an impressive and enduring finish.

Hosmer Winery, a fourth generation family farm, is located on Cayuga Lake in the Finger Lakes. With grapevine plantings dating back to the 1970s, and early experiments with plantings of classic Vinifera. The next generation in the Hosmer family, Timothy Hosmer and Brooke Hosmer, have recently stepped into vineyard and office management roles. Since late 2016, Julia Hoyle has stepped into the role of winemaker at Hosmer Winery.
VINEYARD INFORMATION
The first Cabernet Franc vines were planted in 1990, some of the oldest in the Finger Lakes region. The vines are trained on V.S.P. (vertical shoot positioning) and Scott Henry trellis systems, both allow for optimum sun and air exposure.
VINIFICATION
5.8 tons of Cabernet Franc were harvested October 5-6, 2022. Post primary fermentation, the pressed wine was aged in neutral French and American oak barrels where it completed malolactic fermentation.
TASTING NOTE
5.8 tons of Cabernet Franc were harvested October 5-6, 2022 The fruit was destemmed and crushed, and then inoculated with yeast strains D254, BM4X4, and Alchemy III. Each lot fermented for between 10-13 days, with a peak ferment temperature of 73.6 degrees Fahrenheit. Near the end of ferment the lots were inoculated with malolactic strains MBR31 and VP41.Once primary fermentation was complete, the bins were pressed off-and the wine was allowed to settle. The wine was racked into a mix of neutral French and neutral American oak barrels. Our Cabernet Franc completed malolactic fermentation and was aged in barrel for eight months. Three barrels were selected and blended for our Limited Release Cabernet Franc, everything else was blended to this product.

Finger Lakes
Hosmer Winery, a fourth generation family farm, is located on Cayuga Lake in the Finger Lakes. With grapevine plantings dating back to the 1970s, and early experiments with plantings of classic Vinifera. Owners Cameron and Maren Hosmer established their estate winery in 1985 on the principle that great wine starts in the vineyard. The next generation in the Hosmer family, Timothy Hosmer and Brooke Hosmer, have recently stepped into vineyard and office management roles. Since late 2016, Julia Hoyle has stepped into the role of winemaker at Hosmer Winery.
VINEYARD INFORMATION
The oldest Riesling vines on the farm date to 1980. They are planted on high lime Cazenovia loam soils. Our Riesling blocks are trained on V.S.P. (vertical shoot positioning) and Scott Henry trellis systems. This is block dependent, we chose the training system that best
matches each block's vigor.
VINIFICATION
The 2022 Dry Riesling is blend of Riesling lots from the "Challen", "Upper North (clone 90)", and "Lower Shop" blocks at the North end of our farm, Patrician Verona. The fruit was machine-harvested between 9/30/22-10/18/22. Roughly 65% of the fruit was 24-hour coldsoaked at 44 degrees before pressing. The juice was settled and racked, shortly after which it was inoculated with GRE, 58W3, Fermivin, Steinberger, and Epernay II yeasts. Separate juice lots fermented at 54-58º Fahrenheit four to eight weeks. Fermentations were stopped between 0-6 g/L residual sugar to retain the natural sweetness. The wine was left on the gross lees for 4 months until it was racked. 3 French oak barrels are a component of the 2022 blend, making up just 1% of the overall blend.
TASTING NOTE
Vines planted in 2002, 100% estate fruit. Rose petal and lime blossom carry the nose, leading to a taught midpalate of lime pith. The finish is long and lightly tropical, carried by mandarin.

VINEYARD INFORMATION
From a cooler vintage in the Finger Lakes, with good canopy management and lots of hand-sorting required. Both vineyards utilized in this blend have close proximity to the lakes and fairly significant slopes.
VINIFICATION
Pressed, cold settled and fermented wild before aging on lees in mostly stainless steel
(3.5% in old French oak). Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
TASTING NOTE
Riesling from several vineyards in the Finger Lakes, fermented wild and aged on lees for ten months before bottling unfined and unfiltered. High-toned citrus and steely notes on the nose meet a textural, bone-dry palate with good fruit intensity and racy acidity. This is the kind of Riesling we love to make and drink.

VINIFICATION
Destemmed but not crushed for a high percentage of whole berries in the ferment. Fermented wild with two punch downs each day over a couple of weeks, before aging in neutral French oak for ten months. It was then bottled unfined and unfiltered.
TASTING NOTE
A high percentage of whole berries in the ferment pushed the bright red fruit spectrum, while tannins and peppery spice were slowly extracted as the berries broke down prior to pressing. Wild ferment. Unfined. Unfiltered.

Finger Lakes
Osmote means to move naturally towards balance. We are a small family winery in the Finger Lakes region of New York State, producing about 2000 cases per year. In a region defined by water, our glacial lakes support cool climate vineyards where otherwise it would be too cold to support vines. Our winemaking philosophy is that of low intervention, using natural vineyard yeast in spontaneous fermentations to give our wine a truer vineyard expression. Like our terroir's ability to naturally balance the environment, our winemaking should naturally balance our wines.
VINEYARD INFORMATION
Seneca Lake, New York, USA. Cool climate region set on edge of a glacial lake. Glacial till soils with high gravel content from limestone and shale parent material. Shale bedrock.
VINIFICATION
Natural fermentation in 400L French oak barrels.
TASTING NOTE
Pale yellow color and multidimensional aroma of white flowers and stone fruits. Flavors are fresh with a hint of creamy yeast character and elegant barrel spice.

Finger Lakes
Ria and Mike founded Ria's Wines with their first vintage of Riesling from a small vineyard near Seneca Lake. In May of 2024, they purchased the 40-year old Poplar Ridge Vineyard and Winery, and are rejuvenating the vineyard with regenerative farming practices. Their wines are made with hands-off techniques in order to showcase the grape variety and vineyard site, producing fresh, delicious and approachable wines.
TASTING NOTE
In 2024 our Chardonnay was harvested at the end of a warm September. The whole cluster grapes are given a long and gentle press cycle, 4-8 hours depending on maturity. The juice is settled in tank overnight and then racked into stainless steel for a cool fermentation. Native yeasts are utilized by developing a pied de cuve from the vineyard. Before primary fermentation comes to an end, a portion of the wine is racked into 500L puncheons and the remainder remaining in neutral French oak for sur lies aging. After completing malolactic fermentation, the wine was then bottled on September 3, 2025. With a warm and easy ripening in September 2024, we are not surprised how beautiful this wine is. It makes us want to plant even more Chardonnay in the coming years. This medium-bodied wine features pleasant notes of hazelnut, chamomile, dandelion, and warming spices. Its rich texture is perfectly balanced by the crisp acidity typical of our cool climate.

Heart of the Lake is one of our absolute favorite summertime sipping wines! A unique hybrid referred to as NY81.0315.17 (more recently renamed Aravelle) was developed as an experimental grape at Cornell University which is a cross between Riesling & Cayuga White. It's bursting with flavor and has a hint of sweetness that makes it ever so drinkable. It has floral notes of honeysuckle, herbal tea, and jasmine that balance perfectly with it's fuller body and nice structure. Flavors of pear and white peach flood the palate with bright juiciness. The beauty of this wine is the sweet beginning balanced by the tart, dry finish, making it the absolute ideal hybrid!

VINEYARD INFORMATION
Sparkling Pointe wines are sustainably grown on three vineyard sites comprising 40 acres within the North Fork of Long Island American Viticultural Area. A maritime climate tempered by two bodies of water, the Long Island Sound and the Atlantic Ocean, provides long, warm summers with cooling breezes and moderate rainfall. Unique glacial soils of sandy loam provide excellent drainage. Carefully selected clones of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay comprise all three vineyard sites, with smaller plantings of Merlot and Muscat. As of 2014, Sparkling Pointe is a member of the Long Island Sustainable Winegrowing Inc.

Named for the rare gemstone Topaz Impérial shows a pinkish - light orange hue. Beautifully perfumed aromas of strawberry, elderflower, and pastry cream are carried by a pillowy mousse.
