TERROIR
Vineyards located in the Languedoc region,
influenced by a Mediterranean climate with

The predominantly clay-limestone soils help

VINIFICATION
Grapes are harvested at night or early morning to preserve
freshness. Gentle pressing followed by temperature-controlled
fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Vinification focuses on
purity and balance, with no oak ageing to fully express the natural
character of the Terret Blanc grape.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
10–12 °C.
TASTING NOTES
Pale straw yellow with bright, greenish highlights. Fresh and delicate,
offering aromas of citrus fruits, green apple, white flowers, and subtle
herbal notes. Crisp and refreshing, with lively acidity, a light-bodied
structure, and a clean, mineral-driven finish typical of Terret Blanc.

The name of this famous cuvée "Le Petit Chaperon Rouge" literally means "Little Red Riding Hood" as a nod to the appellation itself ("Loup" means "Wolf" in French). This word play also refers to our other Pic Saint Loup "Le Grand Méchant Loup" (the Big Bad Wolf).
