出展者プロフィール / Exhibitor Outline：Cellers Unio is a cooperative establised in 1942 in Reus (100km South from Barcelona). It originated from the will to unite all farmers in the region of Catalonia.
Nowadays it has 186 associate cooperatives and represents 20,000 families of growers owning 4,400 hectares of land, spread through 5 Denominations of Origin in Catalonia (D.O.Q. Priorat, D.O. Montsant, D.O. Terra Alta, D.O. Tarragona and D.O. Catalunya).
We are strongly committed to our land and our environment, working closely with our associate cooperatives. This enables us to offer high quality products which fully satisfy our customers and value agricultural production to reach its sustainability.

Light entry in the mouth, evolves slowly on the palate. Round, full-bodied, with hints of liquorice, delicate tannins and pleasantly persistent fruit.
