出展者プロフィール / Exhibitor Outline：At the top of the Dentelles de Montmirail, the domain extends over 8 hectares whose 4 hectares in Gigondas at an altitude of 500 meters on steep terrain protected by high limestone rocks and nestled in a cocoon of greenery. The soils are mainly clay-limestone and sandy clay silt and profit from the natural freshness that characterizes our wine.
The estate produces cuvees of appellation Gigondas and Cotes du Rhône in red and rosé from Grenache, Mourvedre, Cinsault, Carignan and Syrah.
The estate is committed to developing a viticulture that respects the environment and biodiversity, according to the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture, as well as an eco-responsible and quality vinification.
