- La Cendra Albillo Real 2023 is a wine with a beautiful straw-yellow colour. Intense on the nose, with plenty of fresh white fruit, like pear, apple, and green melon. In the background, it other notes of anise, fennel, and local herbs. Subtle spicy nuances are contributed by the oak ageing. The palate is very fresh, and balanced, with mineral notes of granitic rock, and a finish with elegant tannins and full of pleasant aromatic sensations.

It shows intense and complex aromas of varietal red fruits (strawberry and raspberry) with subtle vegetal tones of herbs in its background and spicy nuances from the ageing in wood very well integrated. In the mouth, it is fresh, balanced, tasty, and long, with lively sweet tannins and a complex finish where the aromatic sensations merge with the taste sensations.

- Olimpo 21 is an intense and beautiful cherry colour red wine with some bluish tones. It shows powerful aromas of fresh black fruits (blackberry and plum) and blue flowers (violet), with spicy nuances in the background from French oak. While elegant, very polished tannins with black licorice tones, and a long finish full of aromatic sensations. Full of aromatic sensations, where the fruit-wood binomial reaches its maximum expression.

Leaves behind fine tears in the glass.
It has a pronounced intensity on the nose, predominated by fresh tropical fruit (pineapple, melon) and citric fruit (lemon). Oak maturation notes complement its fruity character (vanilla and clove).
In addition, it presents lightly caramelized aromas with light white spices.
It has a pronounced intensity of fresh tropical fruit, long-lasting on the palate and complemented by delicate vanilla and spice flavors. Its lively acidity creates a refreshing sensation on the palate. A medium-bodied wine that can easily be paired with seafood, fish and acid sauces, due to its finesse and concentration of primary fruit and maturation flavors.
This wine is a produced with our best Chardonnay grapes, perfectly balanced due to its high fruit
concentration and vibrant acidity. It has a great intensity and length on the palate, making it

- Deep red ruby colour, attractive and bright. Light Purple
edging, which leaves behind fine tears in the glass.
It has a pronounced intensity on the nose, predominated by fresh aromas of red fruit (red cherry, raspberry) along with more developed black fruit (black plum). Subtle spicy notes complement these aromas. Maturation notes coming from its ageing process of 6 months in French and American oak barrels (coconut, vanilla) enhance these primary aromas. It is starting to develop some tertiary aromas (leather and forest floor).
It has a pronounced intensity of fresh red fruit, long-lasting on the palate along with vanilla, coconut and spice notes. It has a silky, fine-grained tannin that washes off with its balanced acidity. A full-bodied wine, very fruity, that surprises us with its different layers of complex aromas and flavours. It can be paired with red meats, spicy dishes and curated cheeses.
This wine has a long ageing potential, the fruit remains fresh and
is starting to develop some tertiary aromas and flavours, getting

- Bright cherry, attractive and of medium depth. Border slightly ruby red that leaves behind fine tears in the glass.
Pronounced intensity, dominated by aromas of fruit fresh red (raspberry, red currant and red cherry), along with light notes of fresh black fruit (black plum). aromas to liquorice and hints of vanilla for its light stay in the barrel.
Great intensity of fresh red fruit, which lasts for a long time on
the palate, complemented by floral notes. Have a highly polished silky
tannin, which is cleaned by its balanced acidity, leaving a pleasant and enveloping sensation on the palate. A medium-bodied wine, very easy to taste and pair due to its fine but complex structure of primary flavours.
