- The Vineyard/ Terroir:
This single vineyard Chenin Blanc is rooted in Tukulu soils, which are derived from ancient, decomposed granite. The vineyard is situated in a deep valley with limited sunlight hours, and together with cool valley climate it has a long ripening period which ensures the even ripening of the berries with a naturally crisp acidity
Vinification:
Harvesting was done by hand when grapes reached the desired sugar content. The grapes were whole-bunch pressed and the juice settled over night. Fermentation lasted seventeen days in a stainless-steel tank after which it was kept on the fine lees for four weeks
Wine description:
Colour: Pale straw
Aroma: Tropical fruit with hints of subtle guava, grape fruit and a delicate essence of banana peel
Palate: A lush fullness and a seductive sweetness that is balanced by peaches and grape fruit. The crisp acidity will enhance the freshness and longevity

The vineyard is situated on a cooler Southern facing slope, and together with the cool Atlantic breezes it has a long ripening period which ensures the even ripening of the berries with a naturally crisp acidity
Vinification:
Harvesting was done by hand when grapes reached phenolic ripeness. Fermentation lasted fourteen days at lower-than-average fermentation temperatures to capture the elegant primary flavours and aromas. This wine aged for sixteen Months in 225ℓ French oak barrels with no filtration or stabilizing before bottling, therefore harmless sediment may occur over time - ブドウ品種 / Grape Variety

- The Vineyard/Terroir:
The single vineyard Merlot is rooted in Tukulu soils, which are derived from ancient, decomposed granite. The vineyard is situated on a cooler Southern facing slope, and together with the cool Atlantic breezes it has a long ripening period which ensures the even ripening of the berries with a naturally crisp acidity that is evident on the palate
Vinification:
Harvesting was done by hand at 24⁰B. Ten percent was whole-bunch fermented and the balance in a stainless steel tank at an average of 24⁰C to minimalize the extraction of green tannins. A Natural Rooibos & Honeybush wood extract is used as a natural preservative during fermentation and ageing. Ageing took place in French oak barrels. No filtration or stabilizing was done before bottling, therefore harmless sediment may occur over time
Wine description:
Colour: Violet red
Aroma: Notes of forest floor; Blackcurrant contributes to a rich fruity layer; hints of liquorish adds a subtle, sweet complexity
Palate: A refreshing burst of crisp black fruit with a medium, supple body that enhances the wine’s graceful character

Vinification:
Harvesting was done by hand when grapes reached the desired sugar content. The Chenin Blanc grapes were whole-bunch pressed and the juice settled over night. Fermentation lasted seventeen days in a stainless-steel tank after which it was kept on the fine lees for four weeks. The Petit Sirah were traditionally fermented for nine days, pressed into stainless steel tanks with no wood contact to have a fresher style with clean fruit
Wine description:
Colour: Pale blush
Aroma: Grapefruit; White stone fruit with lingering strawberries
Palate: A balance between peaches, pear and grapefruit with a lively acidity
