We harvested the grapes for this Riesling from organic cultivation at the end of September 2022 and pressed them very gently. With this organic EINS-ZWEI-DRY we maintained that the grapes were harvested at least at the late harvest level to achieve the best balance between delicious fruit, sweetness, and acidity.On the nose the EINS-ZWEI-DRY ORGANIC shows very pleasant fruit and delicious fresh notes of the new vintage. Nuances of peach and apricot; green apples and a hint of Mediterranean herbs. The delicate and lively acidity is supported by ripe mirabelle and is an outstanding example of the terroir.

We harvested the grapes for DRAGONSTONE at the end of the last week in October and immediately pressed in a very gentle way. DRAGONSTONE has been cold fermented in stainless steel for about 2 months, to preserve its delicate.On the nose DRAGONSTONE shows very opulent fruit and rich yeasty notes. Lovely and complex, sweet lemon and pear fruit on the nose, which is beautifully aromatic. The palate is complex and minerally with lime, honey and melon notes. Rich, highly complex and quite fine.

The grapes were harvested at the end of September 2018 and gently pressed after a short mash standing time.
The clear and intensely exotic must was extraordinary high in quality due to the use of just free-run juice and the first pressure range. We always fractionate the must of our single vineyards.
On the nose you will find an opulent yeastiness, sappy hints of brioche caused through the wild fermentation and a very cool mineral sensation of quartz. These impressions are accompanied by ripe passion fruit.

The Rüdesheimer Drachenstein Riesling Auslese has been picked in the last week of September 2018.
It is a voluminous, crisp and mineral driven Riesling Auslese from our most distinguished sites at the Rüdesheimer Drachenstein.
On the nose, the Drachenstein Auslese presents itself with an, for the region very typical, enormous fruit abundance and lush exoticism. On the nose, aromas of papaya, mango and passion fruit dominate; ripe figs and orange blossoms can also be detected. In terms of taste, the lush tropical fruit combines with very dominant notes of citrus and orange zest.

The Magic Mountain is our “second wine of the Grand Vins”; it is a juice-blend of the 4 GROSSE LAGEN in the Rüdesheim mountains. Here you will find different soils, mainly influenced by quartz and quartzite. The Taunus quartzite contains more than 90% quartz (SiO2) and very little impurities. Therefore, the rock has a very low carbonate and iron oxide content; the mineral nutrient content is low.

The nose is fresh and pure with exotic hints, chamomile and lemon zest. It promises a delicate body with a slight creaminess and shows on the palate an amazing mineral impact with a wonderful texture and a rather long finish. You will find a cool minerality beside the appealing fruit.
The exotic fruits, such as lychee, mango, papaya and very subtle hints of passion fruit, create with the mellow impact of yeast an awesome impact on the nose.
