出展者プロフィール / Exhibitor Outline：DESTRAMEX S.A. de C.V. is a proud Mexican company, dedicated to the production, elaboration, and commercialization, nationally and internationally, of traditional Mexican distillates of world-class quality.(Mezcal, Tequila, Whisky and Sotol) Our extraordinary quality products were created only after years of research and experimentation with the artisanal process of mezcal and the study of other distillates such as whisky. Our brands include Verde Mexicano, Hombre Mexicano,Hechizada and Mujer Mexicana: every one as proudly Mexican as their name indicates. They each maintain their commitment to offering quality products, along with the purpose of contributing to the social and economic development of the communities where they are made: by establishing quality standards, respecting the artisanal process, and recognizing the work of the master mezcaleros. All this while fostering the respect for, and inclusion of women in heart of the artisanal process; fiercely supporting the social and sustainable development of the regions where they are made. We take the absolute utmost care from maguey selection at its exact point of maturation, to seeing them baked in conical stone ovens, underground with mesquite wood. Moving to then have them fermented in wooden vats, and then their double and triple distillation inside copper stills, to lastly store them in stainless steel tanks. Since our inception, our goal remains to offer high-quality products that reflect the fruits of the sacrifices made by the hearts of the earth: subjected to the alchemy of fire and ethereal vapors of deep spiritual significance. In the case of our whiskey, we mean to elevate the revaluation of the different corn species of Mexico, with the assumption that it was here where the domestication and diversification of corn truly originated. We currently use barrels made of American white oak for maturation, which help us age our Mexican whiskies.
