Today we bring together 16 cooperatives and more than 2,200 families united by a project based on value, tradition, and the development of our members. Our cava and wine come from plots with diverse microclimates, from coastal areas to vineyards at 400 m, allowing native varieties to adapt and ensuring quality.

This Cava is classified as a Cava de Guarda Superior, and spends more than 24 months in the bottle where it undergoes the second fermentation to acquire its bubbles. After this, we start the riddling process: the sediments, resulting from the depletion of the yeasts, are deposited in the neck of the bottle, thanks to a daily rotation of the bottles carried out in our cellars. The native yeasts lend our cava its unique personality.
Appearance:
Slightly golden, good persistence of bubbles and mousse.
Nose:
Gingerbread, quince. Slight hints of aniseed.
Palate:
Very well-balanced, well-integrated acidity.
Food pairings:

- Sparkling Castell d’Or 0,0% is a non-alcoholic sparkling wine. It is crafted from the finest selection of grapes, as is the case with our Cava from the same range. It is made from the traditional grape Varieties of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada.
We preserve all the flavour of the coupage and obtain high quality bubbles and good acidity, but without the alcohol. This means that those who wish to enjoy the great quality of our products can also do so in an alcohol-free version.
Appearance:
Bright straw yellow colour with lingering bubbles.
Nose:
Very refreshing tropical notes with hints of citrus.
Palate:
Lively and fruity with well-balanced acidity, it creates a pleasant sensation on the palate. Fruity aftertaste, reminiscent of tropical fruit with a touch of citrus.
Food pairings:

- It is produced in the DO Conca de Barberà, a large valley that surrounds the Francolí River and its tributary, the Anguera River. In this fluvial environment, there is a remarkable natural richness and biological diversity. The predominant soils are calcareous and claybased, with a light texture and the characteristic coppery color that give the wines their unique, distinctive character.
