A rigorous selection of grapes, harvested early at a low potential alcohol level, is sourced from carefully chosen terroirs and varieties. Grown according to the rules of traditional winemaking, these grapes benefit from meticulous vineyard work, allowing them to reach
optimal maturity. This expertise ensures the absence of any 'green' notes while preserving their characteristic freshness and lightness, resulting in a wine that is both balanced and refined.
The nose reveals delicate notes of small white flowers such as hawthorn, blended with the sweetness of vineyard peach and a spicy hint of pink peppercorn. On the palate, the attack is round and smooth, balanced by a lovely freshness that gives way to vibrant fruity notes.
