出展者プロフィール / Exhibitor Outline：Maison Saint Aix is a premium winery in the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence region of Provence, France, located 25 km from the capital of Provence, Aix-en-Provence. Mediterranean sunshine and cool breezes shape wines of elegance and freshness.

Set on one of the highest vineyards in the appellation, at around 420 m altitude, the estate benefits from cool nights that help preserve vibrant aromatics and balance in the grapes. With 75 hectares of vines, it is best known for its signature AIX Rosé - a pale, refined Provençal rosé that captures the character of its terroir with bright fruit, crisp acidity, and graceful mineral notes.

In recent years, the estate has also expanded its portfolio with an aromatic and refreshing white wine, AIX White, and an exceptional expression within the IGP Méditerranée appellation, Saint X Rosé.

Most recently, the winery introduced BEAU VIVA, an award-winning non-alcoholic sparkling rosé.
