- VINIFICATION: Manual selection of grapes. Direct pressing without destemming, settling (debourbage) at 12°C, and fermentation: 90% in French oak barrels and 10% in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 10 months on its lees. Natural stabilization without the use of fining agents.

- VINIFICATION: A blend selected from specific barrels of Tannat, Merlot, and Tempranillo. Each of the three varieties is vinified separately, featuring manual berry-by-berry selection.
