出展者プロフィール / Exhibitor Outline：Vignobles Vellas is a 4-generation family-business. Nicolas Vellas took the winery over in 1995, he was only 18 years old! He is to be understood as an artist. To him, making wines requires creativity. From the vinification to the labelling, he enjoys doing things as they have never been done before. Thus, tasting Vignobles Vellas’ wines is a whole new experience. As the painter who strives to explore the infinite possibilities offered by colours and lines, Nicolas uses the sunny hillsides of South of France as his canvas and a multitude of vines and terroirs as his palette to draw his masterpieces. He has grown his winery to 14 estates spreading over 340 ha of vines to develop a wide array of typicity for his wines. Pic Saint Loup, Terrasses du Larzac, Faugères, Costières de Nîmes, Cahors, Maury, Saint Chinian, Saint Guilhem-le-Désert and, more recently, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the possibilities of creation are infinite.
