出展者プロフィール / Exhibitor Outline：The iconic, historic and family-run Maison Joseph Mellot has been established in Sancerre for more than 5 centuries. In 1513 with Pierre Etienne Mellot, then César Mellot at the end of the seventeenth
century, the family made a name for itself and is now internationally renowned.
At the head of the estate since 2005, Catherine Corbeau Mellot is now joined by her children and continues the work of her husband Alexandre and his ancestors with passion and talent.
The vineyards are entirely cultivated in line with the principles of High Environmental Value (HVE) ecological and certified agriculture, part of which is organic. A true ambassador of the great wines of
Centre Loire, the vineyards of Maison Joseph Mellot cover the 8 appellations of the region, of which Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé are the most renowned.
The exceptional terroirs of Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé enhance Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which fully express their nobility through subtle nuances, on remarkable soils (Terres Blanches, Caillottes and Silex).
