出展者プロフィール / Exhibitor OutlineChâteau Nadal Hainaut is a family estate founded in 1826 on the site of a 12th-century monastery. It is located in the heart of Languedoc-Roussillon, near Perpignan.
The vineyard benefits from a unique terroir between mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. Soils are chalky-clay with river pebbles, shaped by the strong Tramontane wind.
Jean-Marie Nadal and his daughters, Pauline and Julie, manage the estate with respect for nature. They promote biodiversity and sustainable viticulture. The 15 hectares vineyard is certified organic. 7 grapes varieties are cultivated to express the diversity of the terroir. The estate produces Côtes du Roussillon wines in red, white and rosé. It also produces Côtes Catalanes and traditional fortified wines. Family heritage and ancestral techniques guide the philosophy of the domaine. At the same time, new experiments are developed each year, including natural and sulphite-free wines. All steps, from vineyard to bottling, are carried out at the estate to ensure consistent quality.
