出展者プロフィール / Exhibitor Outline：The Sinss winery is a traditional family winery at the Nahe region in Germany. They cultivate about 14 hectares of mainly Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir), Riesling, Chardonnay, Weissburgunder (Pinot blanc) and Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris). Since 2016 the winery is a certified organic producer. About 90-95% of the grapes are picked by hand, to get ripen and healthy grapes. So they can make very fine and elegant wines also with a lot of intense and structure.
