出展者プロフィール / Exhibitor Outline：Domaine des Garances is located in the village of Suzette, 45 km away from Avignon and 15 km away from Carpentras, in the southern Rhône Valley.This village, set in the heart of the Dentelles de Montmirail, stands on a rock promontory overlooking the valley.
The estate has been in the family since 1640.In 2002, we reached a turning point and vinified the first vintage of Domaine des Garances.
Our vineyard is divided into several small plots, enabling us to claim several appellations, Beaumes de Venise and Ventoux.Our terraced hillside vineyards are built on a terroir unmatched in the Rhône Valley.
The estate's 16 hectares have been converted to organic farming since 2013, and today we want to take our respect for the environment, the terroir and the consumer a step further by producing a cuvée of natural wine.
At the domaine, wine represents the fruit of our heritage and narrates our story. It combines our skills with the wonderful terroir given to us .
For us, wine is much more than just a drink!

This cuvée, made from a selection of the finest slopes on the estate, captures the essence of the terroir. Under the sun of the Rhone Valley, the vines flourish on ideal soil, giving the wine a richness and depth of aroma marked by notes of garrigue and spice.

Ageing
Syrahs are aged for 12 months in oak barrels, a process that brings structure and complexity. The wine is then bottled and stored in the cellar for a year before being released, ensuring perfect balance and aromatic evolution.
Tasting notes
This cuvée is marked by a powerful bouquet of ripe, sun-kissed fruit, mingled with aromas of spice and garrigue. On the palate, the tannins are dense and round, providing a velvety texture and beautiful persistence. Time in oak enriches the wine with woody notes, enhancing its complexity and ageing potential.
Food & wine pairing

From an exceptional terroir located on the Triassic formations of the Rhône Valley, this vineyard benefits from a remarkable diversity of soils, made up of clay, limestone and gypsum. These low-fertility plots, planted in circular hillsides around the winery, give our wines a strong and unique identity.
