- Curtain up for the Bingen vineyard Rosengarten! At last, a Riesling that plays in the ensemble of the Grosse Lagen wines and shines with subtle sweetness! Seductively balanced! Full of character with an elegant, filigree figure. Notes of fine rose fragrance, wonderful mirabelle plums, apricot and tropical fruit with a hint of citrus caress and animate the palate. Mineral and grounded. Grown on river pebbles with clay in the old riverbed of the Nahe - now located on the upper, middle part of the Rochusberg with a view over Rheinhessen! Goes perfectly with hot and spicy dishes such as Thai curry, as the subtle residual sweetness perfectly balances out the spiciness. Also a poem on its own!

- 2023 Riesling dry - pure drinking pleasure, charming and
uncomplicated!
With a mineral base and notes of lemon, lime, nectarine as well as a hint
of mirabelle plum and apricot, it harmonizes wonderfully with steamed
fish, prawns and other seafood, as well as fresh, crisp egetables and
dishes that are not too sweet.
These wines form the basis of our winery. Clear wines characterized by
fresh fruit. They grow on the Binger Rochusberg. This is located in
northwestern Rheinhessen and belongs to a large quartzite bar that
stretches from the Taunus to the Hunsrück.
After the har est and a maceration period of up to 8 hours, the grapes
were gently pressed. The fermentation was temperature-controlled in
stainless steel tanks, partly spontaneous. After storage on the full yeast

- The best sites on the southern slopes of the Binger Rochusberg provide the ideal conditions for this distinctive and finely mineral Riesling. The aroma combines fine peach with delicate cassis and intense flintstone minerality. Great with spicy, slightly hot dishes such as red lemongrass curry or summer rolls with prawns and a hoisin-peanut dip. Of course, it is also convincing as a soloist!

It loves to accompany fried fish in a white sauce or roasted seafood such as lobster or crab. It also cuts a fantastic figure with mushroom dishes or poultry from the oven. Pour it into a generous Burgundy glass and it will give you a sensational taste experience!

The best sites on the central southern slopes of the Bingen Rochusberg provide the ideal conditions for this distinctive and finely mineral Pinot Noir with aromas of wild berries and fine spice. Loess and loam give it its velvety texture, in which the tannin structure is elegantly integrated. Quartzite gives it that “certain something” and ageing in wood gives it a fine finish. The wine harmonizes particularly well with dark meat. A real wine for connoisseurs and connoisseurs!

- 2022 Binger Kirchberg Riesling Kabinett. A Riesling with a fine mineral character and a vibrant interplay of sweetness and acidity that makes for brilliant tension! Its wild flintstone minerality is embedded with aromas of peach, nectarine, orange blossom and cassis. This fine and light-footed Kabinett goes particularly well with dishes from Asian cuisine, as the slight residual sweetness often balances out the spiciness. It should always be available chilled for warm summer days! Try it as an aperitif too!
