High-quality wines can only be produced with intensive and thoughtful vineyard work with a focus on biodiversity, lively and humus-rich soils for a natural balance. This, in combination with the care of the vines by hand, allows the production of loose bunches as well as fully ripe and aromatic grapes. Our philosophy is to accompany rather than shape the vines on their way to the final wine. The result are wines that are strong in character, complex, specific to their origin and that will be remembered.
In addition to the drinking pleasure of our terroir-based wines, we can offer our customers the experience of a unique synthesis of wine and art. Through changing exhibitions of internationally renowned artists in our event room and a permanent exhibition in our art cellar, this combination of art and wine can be experienced. At wine tastings, we select the the wines to match the expression of each work of art, which enhances these two art forms and makes experiencing them an even more special experience.

- 2021 „Edition PW“ Pinot Noir trocken VDP.GUTSWEIN
In the glass, our Pinot Noir presents itself in a rich garnet red. The nose is characterized by black currants, robust sour cherries, spicy rosehip, a touch of black pepper, and nutmeg. Towards the end, an almost smoky aroma emerges, paired with dark blackberries, a hint of dark chocolate, and a touch of cedarwood. On the palate, black currants and cherries are particularly prominent. The aromas wrap around the palate in a very juicy and indulgent way. In the glass, our "Perfect Match" presents itself in a brilliant lemon yellow with delicate golden reflections. The nose is reminiscent of small yellow apricots, a hint of tangerine peel, lemon balm, straw, and juicy yellow apple. The second impression also conveys fresh garden herbs and a subtle hint of verbena. On the palate, the wine displays a juicy structure, very stimulating and characterized by yellow fruit. In the glass, this lemon-yellow wine presents itself with golden reflections. The nose displays elegant freshness, apricot, peach, eucalyptus, dried chamomile, a touch of gooseberry, and yellow apple. On the palate, a fresh and well-integrated acidity accompanies and supports the aforementioned aromas. The dense structure offers length and breath. Towards the end, one detects white pepper, lemon zest, a hint of anise, and a touch of green curry. - 2019 Hallgartener Jungfer Riesling GG® VDP.GROSSES GEWÄCHS (Grand Cru)
Our Riesling presents itself in the glass with gleaming, golden facets. A delicate lemon reflection appears at the rim. Aromas of chamomile blossoms, dried apple rings, lemongrass, lemon balm, sorrel, ripe green pear, apple blossom, and green tea waft to the nose. A light and fresh hint of ginger emerges towards the end. The palate continues in a similarly multifaceted manner. Here, however, a ripe, yellow apple dominates the flavor profile, followed by vanilla bean and mace. A touch of allspice and mirabelle plum, along with wild honey, round out the flavor profile. The delicate yet powerful acidity creates an enormous long-lasting finish in the wine, as well as considerable aging potential. - ブドウ品種 / Grape Variety

In the glass, our Auxerrois presents a rich golden yellow with slightly greenish reflections at the rim. The nose clearly displays aromas of flat peach, sweet red apple, meadow herbs, chamomile blossom, and a hint of vanilla bean. Dried lemon leaves round out the aromas. Similar tendencies emerge on the palate, however, with white tea, dried fruit, and a hint of apricot predominating. The acidity is integrated and well-structured. In the glass, a lemon-yellow wine with delicate green reflections appears. The nose is reminiscent of red pear, blood orange, wild thyme, dried lemon zest, acacia honey, and quince juice. The palate is similarly aromatic. The elegant red sweetness is at the forefront, wonderfully complemented by candied lime zest and a hint of lemon candy. In the glass, the wine displays a surprisingly clear and vibrant lemon yellow color with only very faint golden hues at the rim. The nose offers aromas of a basketful of ripe apricots, lemon balm, dried mint, ripe red apple, a hint of marzipan, and hazelnut. However, the ripe red fruit clearly dominates, refreshing and light despite the high residual sweetness. Towards the end, flat peach, blossom honey, dried orange peel, and marjoram add flavors. The palate is quite similar, but here the apricot and blossom honey clearly dominate. On the palate, the wine is profound and elegant, with plum zest, a touch of pomegranate, black currant, and allspice for spice. - 2021 Hattenheimer Nussbrunnen Riesling Spätlese VDP.GROSSE LAGE (GRAND CRU VINEYARD)
A deep yellow with shimmering golden reflections, this Spätlese wine from the Nussbrunnen winery presents itself in the glass. Dark aromas of nectarine, a hint of acacia, and tangerine peel are the first impressions that come through the nose. Thyme and vegetal notes replace the initial presence of fruit, already creating the impression of a diverse wine. The first sip confirms the variety. Initially, this wine also offers an earthy fruitiness, lingering sweetness, clear acidity, and herbal notes at the end. Subtle toffee notes and a hint of eucalyptus candy are clearly added. In the glass, our Pinot Noir presents a rich garnet red with delicate orange complexes. The nose is reminiscent of dark purple plum, pomegranate juice, black pepper, a hint of allspice, firewood, blackberry, juicy sour cherry, and leather. On the palate, the Pinot Noir reveals spicy dried herbs, red cherry, a hint of currant, a hint of dark chocolate, and small cranberries.
