On the nose it shows intense notes of yellow flowers such as broom, apricots, honey and moss. It has a straw yellow color, vibrant with golden reflections or amber tones. The best serving temperature is between 9 and 10 °C.

Grapes : 100% Zibibbo produced in the Alcamo DOC area at 350 m above sea level.

Vinification and refinement : the grapes are harvested by hand in 14 kg boxes in the second ten days of August and then subjected to soft destemming and pressing in complete protection from the air. The must ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks where it ages for approximately 4 months.

With an intense ruby ​​red color, spicy and fruity notes of morello cherry and plum emerge on the nose, with hints of tobacco and ginger. Pleasant, engaging, full and captivating on the palate, the wine proves complex and elegantly persistent. Serve in medium-sized glasses at a serving temperature between 16° – 18°C.

GRAPES : 100% Perricone grown in the Mirto district in the Partinico area at 400 metres above sea level.

VINIFICATION AND REFINING : The harvest is done by hand in 14 kg crates between the second and third ten days of October, with a selection of the best grapes, both on the vine and in the cellar, evaluating any over-ripening. Destemming, maceration and cold fermentation at around 12-13°C. It ages for two months in second and third passage barriques and two months in concrete tanks.

Rich in color, it has a good olfactory intensity, recalling ripe cherry, spices and cinnamon. In the mouth it is decisive with good freshness that makes it ideal for the whole meal. Serve in medium-sized glasses at a serving temperature between 16° – 18°C.

GRAPES: 100% Nero d'Avola DOC produced in the Partinico area at approximately 350 metres above sea level, with espalier training, Guyot pruning and a planting density of approximately 5000 plants per hectare.

VINIFICATION AND REFINING: The grapes are harvested in mid-September. After destemming, the grapes are left to macerate for about 6 days, undergoing repeated pumping over and delestage at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Elegant and refined, ruby ​​red with light garnet tones and complex aromas, with fruity hints and particular mineral notes that blend in a velvety embrace. We recommend a serving temperature of 18-20°C in glasses suitable for full-bodied red wines.

Grapes : 100% Nerello Mascalese produced in the Alcamo Doc area at 139 metres above sea level at a distance of approximately 17km from the sea.

Vinification and refinement : The grapes are harvested by hand in 14 kg boxes between the end of September and the first days of October. They are subjected to destemming, cold pre-fermentation maceration at about 8°-10° °C. Subsequently, the must ferments at 18°-20°C and macerates for 18-20 days on the skins. Malolactic fermentation takes place in second and third passage barriques and at the end of fermentation, the wine is transferred to cement tanks where it ages for 14 months.

Lively in color, with straw-yellow notes and greenish reflections. Intensely fruity, delicately floral, it contains notes of apricot, white peach and yellow plums, harmonized and intertwined with mentholated hints of eucalyptus, basil, tomato leaves and green pepper. Balanced in the mouth with the right fullness, freshness and acidity. The flavor gives it a pleasant ease of drinking. This wine also lends itself to an interesting longevity. The best serving temperature is around 11°C, serve in medium-sized glasses.

GRAPES : 100% Grillo produced in Contrada Mirto, in the territory of Partinico at 500-600 meters above sea level

GRAPES : 75% Insolia and 25% Viognier, the latter is produced in Contrada Mirto, in the territory of Partinico at about 450 meters above sea level.

VINIFICATION AND REFINING : Viognier and Insolia are harvested in mid-September. The grapes are hand-picked in 14 kg crates with a blend in the vineyard. The grapes are subjected to soft destemming and crushing, followed by cryomaceration at 4-5°C. The crushed grapes are then very gently pressed in reduction. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 14-15°C. It ages “sur-lie” for 4 months.
