低温でじっくりと発酵させた山辺のテーブルワインです。

This table wine is made from Delaware and Niagara grapes which are locally grown in Yamabe, Nagano. Fermented separately at low temperature and blended after fermentation, the wine expresses freshness, clarity and quiet sense of place.
