出展者プロフィール / Exhibitor Outline：DE BLAS SERRANO is a boutique winery (producing between 10,000 and 20,000 bottles per vintage) founded in 2006 with the aim of crafting high-quality wines in the Ribera del Duero Apellation.

Currently, the second generation of the family is taking the reins of
the project, which is why we are investing in a new image for the winery and establishing a strong and approachable brand, supported by marketing and promotional activities.

The winery owns 25 hectares of organic vineyards (with vines ranging
from 30 to 120 years old, all in the goblet training system), and we are among the first producers, if not the first, to make single-varietal Albillo Mayor wines in the Ribera del Duero (since 2006).

Our wines are fresh, light, and not released to the market until they
have reached their full potential and are ready to be enjoyed. We employ an extended bottle aging approach that allows us to offer well-rounded wines, where fruit and oak intertwine in perfect harmony.

DE BLAS SERRANO is a project that combines tradition and innovation,
