LOOK
Very bright, straw greenish yellow colour.
SMELL
Clean and lingering on the nose, aromas of white flowers with hints of stone and tropical fruits.
TASTE
Tasty, well full-bodied and very round. Good lingering on the mouth.
WINEMAKING PROCESS

SMELL:Intense bouquet with a predominance of red fruits and subtle hints of pastry.
TASTE:Fresh on the palate with a velvety feel and hints of fruit, cinnamon, cumin and vanilla.
WINEMAKING PROCESS
Hand- harvested from vineyards located over 800 metres above sea level with sandy-limestone soil and clayey bottom in Fuentelcésped.
Cold maceration. Barrel-aged for 4 months.

LOOK: Cherry red.
SMELL: Elegant, intense aromas of ripe red fruits and toasted notes over a balsamic base.
TASTE: Well-structured, full-flavoured and powerful with fine, soft and balanced tannins and an elegant finish.
WINEMAKING PROCESS
Hand- harvested from vineyards located over 800 metres above sea level in sandy-clay soil on land that has been in the Pascual family for more than 25 years.
Cold maceration. Barrel-aged for 12 months.

LOOK: Cherry red, clean, medium to high opacity.
SMELL: Bouquet of vanilla, cinnamon and candied black fruits offset by hints of walnut and balsamic notes that add a touch of freshness.
TASTE: Notes of vanilla and cinnamon with sweet flavours of plum jam, a velvety palate and full-bodied wine with well-balanced acidity and tannins.
WINEMAKING PROCESS
Hand-harvested and transported to the winery in no more than three hours from the estate's ancient vineyards.
Cold maceration. Barrel-aged for 12 months.

LOOK: Intense cherry red with strong legs, clean and bright.
SMELL: A highly complex wine with notes of black and candied red fruits, clear hints of forest floor and strong mineral bouquet mixed with fine, elegant wood aromas.
TASTE: Smooth on the palate with well-polished tannins, clear hints of very ripe fruit with notes of pastry.
WINEMAKING PROCESS
Hand-picked from the family’s ancient vineyards, located at high altitude in chalky soils with a clayey bottom.
Cold maceration, malolactic fermentation in barrels from a range of French cooperages, racking according to the lunar cycles.
Subsequent ageing for 24 months in French oak barrels.
