- Brigitte et Louise is a traditional and natural French aperitif! Its story is a tribute to women. Brigitte et Louise are ancestors to the Delannoy family, and a reminder of how in the History of viticulture, women have played an important role in saving properties while men were fighting at the warfront.
Brigitte et Louise White is a blend of grape must (Montils, Ugni-blanc) and eau-de-vie de Cognac. Both are from the family vineyard certified High Environmental Value. It is then aged in oak barrels for 18 months at the minimal. Brigitte et Louise can be served in long drinks, cocktails or simply on ice.
Sight: appearance of yellow straw, bright.
Nose: intense with an array of beautiful, fruity aromas with notes of white flowers.
Palate: generous, lively, round and slightly tangy with a fantastic finish.

- Saturday evening, it's sunset, a gentle breeze caresses our faces. It's not even a village, just a place called Palisson, on the border between the Charente and Charente Maritime regions. Three buildings in the middle of a sea of vines. A few steps and we're in a wine storehouse. We explore, we smell, we taste.
And then, oh surprise...notes of cereals and spices, and aromas of pastry. A single malt in the land of cognac!
From a French brew, Palisson is produced using the Charente method of double distillation in traditional copper stills.
Once distilled, the eau-de-vie is transferred to the Palisson winery, where it is matured in Limousin oak barrels that have previously contained cognac, giving it harmony, smoothness and delicacy.
Sight: golden appearance.
Nose: lively, powerful and perfumed. Aromas of pear, white peach, malt, white flowers and spicy (vanilla and cinnamon) and buttery
notes.
Palate: it is supple and round. The notes of malt are predominant over the ones of pear and biscuit. Good balance and length. - ボディ / Indicate Body

For this second batch, the cellar master has chosen to mature Palisson in Caribbean rum casks, allowing this whisky to distinguish itself notes with notes of caramelized bananas and vanilla, subtly combining with quintessential cereal notes.
Sight: golden appearance.
Nose: round, supple and fragrant nose. Aromas of toffee and caramelized bananas. Subtle notes of pear. Vanilla and buttery notes(crêpes, cannelés, etc.)
Palate: Silky and round mouthfeel. The flavors of cereals blend nicely with caramelized and vanilla notes. Beautiful aromatic balance. Good length. - ボディ / Indicate Body

For this third batch, the cellar master has chosen to mature Palisson in Bourbon casks, allowing this whisky to distinguish itself notes with notes of dry fruits and blond tobacco, and hints of vanilla, subtly combining with quintessential cereal notes.
Sight: golden appearance.
Nose: round and fragrant nose. Aromas of pear, blond tobacco and hot bread, cereals.

Hold Up is a craft copper-pot-still distilled gin, made in the Cognac area. This unique recipe enhances the quintessence of its carefully selected botanicals.
Sight: crystal clear.
Nose: the aromas of juniper perfectly match the deeper and elegant notes of tonka beans, slightly strengthened by hints of anise, citrus and coriander.

Aged in oak casks for fifteen long years in the region of Cognac, Brandy Hector Legrand Extra is recommended as a digestive, neat or over ice.
Sight: a beautiful and deep amber colour with a light mahogany reflection.
Nose: intense and characterised by notes of candied orange and bourbon vanilla. Chocolatey aromas with toasted and caramel notes.
