出展者プロフィール / Exhibitor Outline：We cultivate our Premier Cru vineyards of 4 ha, spread into 5 different terroirs of La Petite Montagne de Reims.
The geological composition of the soil (chalk, clay-limestone, silt and sand) and the parcel exposure (middle hillsides and plain) allow the grape varieties: Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay & Pinot Noir, to fully express their nature.
Our sensitivity to the natural environment led us improve our vine culture towards organic methods since 2010. We also take into account the planetary and cosmic influence during the wine making process, up to the disgorgement of the bottle.

- Ambre comes from a unique fully chalk soil parcel in Villers-Aux-Noeuds. 70% of the vines are more than 50 years old, and 30% more than 20 years old. It will surprise you with its specific "amber" color, gourmet nose and persistent vivacity in the mouth.
