Jan & Florian THIENPONT are part of the fourth generation of the Thienpont family involved in the creation and the distribution of great wines from Bordeaux. The two brothers took over the family trading house in 2012. It became “Terroir de Crus” in 2016, part of a strong development strategy. It offers a range of so-called “confidential” wines mainly on traditional European markets.
Jan and Florian Thienpont are co-owners of Vieux Château Certan in Pomerol, managed by their cousin Guillaume and his father Alexandre. They are also partners in the Chateau Puygueraud which is managed by their uncle Nicolas and his son. Their cousin Jacques owns Le Pin, l’If and l’Hêtre, where Terroir de Crus participates in their distribution.
Jan and Florian are co-owners of Clos Fontaine and Château Robin which they manage in parallel with their trading activity.
