出展者プロフィール / Exhibitor Outline：We are the fourth generation of winemakers in the town of Fuente Álamo, within the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Jumilla. Our vineyards are cultivated biodynamically, certified by Demeter, in Mediterranean landscapes and located at an altitude ranging from 840 to 980 meters above sea level, taking advantage of the diversity of limestone soils present in our town. We uphold tradition through spontaneous fermentations. Our focus is on preserving the authenticity of the fruit, the distinctive limestone texture, and the freshness in each of our wines, all crafted with grapes sourced from our own vineyards.

- At the end of 1980 the third generation of the winery, after a trip to France, planted some experimental vineyards in very calcareous soils in the Fuente-Álamo area. Chardonnay vineyards in a warm area but tempered by the altitude and the soil. The grapes finish ripening at the beginning of September with an interesting balance between fruit, freshness and acidity. The chalky soil provides a saline mineral sensation that creates a tension and sapidity that balances the wine making it long and fresh.

- Made only with dry farming Monastrell vineyards planted
25-40 years ago. Vinified in concrete and foudre tanks
before undergoing malolactic fermentation in French oak
foudre.
Balanced, smooth and light in the mouth, it harmoniously
combines soft tannins and a long finish.
2022 vintage in Fuente Álamo was
“Puro Mediterráneo”. A cold winter was followed by a
rainy spring that gave way to a hot and dry summer.
Towards the ripening, already in September, the night
temperature began to drop drastically, it was in
September 20th when we began to collect Monastrell.
These temperatures made possible to produce
fresh, fluid,fruity wines with a high aromatic load,
refreshing acidity and the power of the Mediterranean
climate.

- Dry-farmed vineyards and goblet-trained Monastrell vines in the village of Fuente-Álamo. Remordimiento represents a more austere Monastrell profile, influenced by the winery's Mediterranean vineyards, which are 30 to 50 years old. It is a balanced, fresh and deep wine, coming from soils of limestone sands and gravels where the Monastrell acquires a finesse characteristic of the Mediterranean highlands. It is a village wine that represents the cooler areas of the village of Fuente-Álamo.

- Matas Altas is an old Monastrell ungrafted vineyards with a mixture of coplanted local varieties.
Manual Harvest. Fermentation in wooden vats and open barrels. The wine was aged for 11 moths in 5000 liter old Foudres and used 500 liter barrels. Bottled without filtering or clarifying.
Matas Altas is a Village wine that shows the character of the old ungrafted vineyards planted in Fuente-Álamo.
