出展者プロフィール / Exhibitor OutlineFINCA MONASTASIA is born from the roots of a family project,
continuing with its essence: perseverance in the tilling of the land.
The winery has the best current technology, which allows us to
comply with the parameters that we demand of ourselves and in
turn our customers demand of us.
All this, with the aim of giving importance to organic viticulture, which is, in our opinion, respectful with the environment and at the same time sustainable.

THE WINERY AND VINEYARDS
They are located in the place known as Cañada del Cerro Blanco, in
the interior of the Sierra de Albacete, one of the best places in the
municipality of Ontur (Albacete). They border with Jumilla (Murcia);
being the Protected Designation of Origin of Jumilla to which Finca
Monastasia is adhered.
Our vineyards grow in limestone and chalky soil, being a living symbol
of solidity and strength. Vines that overcome the harshest winters
and the stifling heat of summer.
They are aligned vineyards made up of more than 5 plots with an
approximate extension of 25.5 hectares where trellised vineyards
predominate, except for 10 hectares of Monastrell vines in goblet,
which provide us with elegance and complexity.
The plots are cultivated with Monastrell, Syrah and Merlot and the
work in the vineyards is entirely manual in order to maintain the
harmony of the vines and the quality of the grapes.

OUR WINES
They are a true reflection of our landscapes, which are our identity.
The innovative Finca Monastasia project produces red, rosé, white
and sweet wines of the highest quality, through excellence in the
pampering and care of our land and the implementation of notoriety
and peculiar nuances of our terroir, to each of our wines.
In this way we want to transmit a passion for what is well done and
exclusivity in our proposal.
