It has a bright, intense lemony yellow color. The intensity of his nose is surprising from the first moment. Shortbreads, fresh grass, stone fruit and almonds. If it is important in the olfactory phase, it becomes larger in the mouth. Unctuous, meaty, fresh, notes of ripe fruit and raw wood. It is reinforced at the end of the mouth, with a slight bitterness that makes it very long. It is good, and it will be even better with time in the bottle.
