Light yellow with green nuances. Very clean and bright.

Notes of water pear, mango and lychee…

Expansive, fresh, flavourful and fruity with tones of lychee, pear and grapefruit.

As an aperitif with anchovies and olives. Combines well with foods high in fat like foie and creamy cheeses like ricotta, brie, camembert and feta, as the acidity contrasts nicely with the touch of oiliness. Ceviche is also a great pairing for our fresh Sauvignon Blanc with good acidity.

Straw yellow colour with green nuances. Very clean and bright.

Highly intense aroma and very fruity. Fresh tropical fruits like pineapple and passion fruit..

Long persistent finish and very smooth, leaving an excellent recollection of the wine in the mouth that calls for another glass!!

Thanks to the ageing on lees, it is more versatile to combine, it goes well with aperitifs, cheese, dry fruits, prawns and sea food as well as more elaborate main dishes, oven-baked fish, white meats and grilled octopus.

DO Rueda 100% Verdejo from our vineyards, holding organic certification. Almost six months ageing on lees.

Straw yellow with green nuances. Very clean and bright.

Extremely intense, with prominent aromas of white flowers and aniseed.

Fresh and sweet entry, with perfectly rounded acidity with no rough edges. Highly varietal, fruity and with hints of aniseed.

Due to its volume and reduced acidity, it pairs extremely well with endless dishes, ranging from appetisers like olives, anchovies, dried fruits and nuts, to main courses like meats, cold meats and raw, baked fish or fish skewers.

Bright with an intense golden yellow colour.

Perfect blend between the variety’s nature and the toasted, spicy and balsamic nuances added by French oak barrels. Extremely intense and complex.

Very persistent, long and lively, with mineral notes. Long, complex and unctuous, fresh.

Due to its great complexity added from the months in barrel on the lees, it is perfect for meats, fatty fish like tuna and baked fish.

The colouring is a lovely straw yellow with golden iridescence.

Tropical, honeyed notes with a hint of fine woods.

Long on retronasal smell, with the same sensations as in the nose. The fruit prevails over the wood notes.

Its complexity makes it pair well with grilled white meats, fatty fish, sushi, pasta with spicy sauces and strong cheeses.

DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN: Rueda

VARIETY: 100% Verdejo

AGE OF VINEYARD: Over 20 years old.

TYPE OF SOIL: Stony and pebbly, at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level and with a yield of 6,000 kg / ha.

PRODUCTION PROCESS AND AGING:
Fermented in oval-shaped ceramic container coated with salt.
Two-year production process on own lees.
Due to the oval shape the lees move naturally.
The ceramic container and the long aging process on lees bestow the wine with different nuances

EXCLUSIVE PRODUCTION: A unique wine worldwide, we have only produced 415 bottles, bottled, labelled and sealed manually.

Varietal explosion, reminiscent of the Verdejo grape in its pure state.
