製品特徴 / Product Features: Fermented for 8 months in new French oak barrels. It is not possible to make it every year, as it is only made in the best vintage years. Its edition is limited to a few bottles.

The great changes in temperature between day and night and the long and very cold winters mean that the grapes are healthy and have an enviable maturity and phenolic properties. The vineyards, just a few kilometres from the capital of Valladolid, crown the higher parts of the northern area, the epicentre of the Rueda D.O..

It is a wine made with the oldest grapes of the winery, from vineyards located on stony terraces, formed by the Duero river thousands of years ago.
