出展者プロフィール / Exhibitor Outline：Quinta São Gião are a small producer in the north of Portugal, in Guimarães, the heart of the Vinho Verde region. We have been a family-run producer since 1972, and our connection to Vinho Verde production and the care of 50 hectares of vineyards is one of the pillars of this property's activity. We produce around 500,000 litres of Vinho Verde from our own grapes, using sustainable agriculture.

Produced using the ancestral method, this Pet Nat finalises the fermentation of natural sugars in the bottle, in a process similar to sparkling wine. Its richness and complexity results in an exclusive edition, launched in December 2023, a rich and complex wine, refreshing, with a soft and delicate bubble. - Vinification included pre-fermentation maceration on the skins for a few hours, then transfer to stainless steel tank. Fermentation finished in 500-litre French oak barrels, with different toasts, where it aged for 8 months with regular battonage. After 8 months in barrel, it was placed in stainless steel tank, where it aged for around 14 months before bottling.
It's a dry Alvarinho, with good acidity that gives it a distinct character and structure, emphasising its salinity and long finish. It's a white wine that epitomises the ageing character of the Alvarinho grape variety in the Ave sub-region. - ブドウ品種 / Grape Variety
