Fermentation finished in 500-litre French oak barrels, with different toasts, where it aged for 8 months with regular battonage. After 8 months in barrel, it was placed in stainless steel tank, where it aged for around 14 months before bottling.
It's a dry Alvarinho, with good acidity that gives it a distinct character and structure, emphasising its salinity and long finish. It's a white wine that epitomises the ageing character of the Alvarinho grape variety in the Ave sub-region.
